Can you provide samples of miniature geared motors?

Yes. For existing products, suitable samples can be matched according to customer parameters; for customized projects, a needs assessment, technical solution and cost confirmation need to be completed first before the customized sample production can be arranged.

We recommend that customers provide clear end-use applications and project requirements when requesting samples, so that engineers can select products that are closer to actual working conditions and reduce repeated testing and selection errors.

How long is the development cycle for a custom sample?

The development cycle depends on the level of customization. Adjusting voltage, speed, reduction ratio, output shaft, or wiring harness takes different time than redesigning the gearbox, developing molds, or integrating a feedback control module.

Once the requirements are confirmed, Shunli Motor will provide a phased timeline based on the solution design, parts preparation, mold development, sample assembly, and testing. If the customer changes parameters or structure midway through the process, the delivery date will need to be reassessed.

If the sample test results do not meet the requirements, can adjustments be made?

Yes. After the customer provides the installation test data and specific problems, Shunli Motor engineers will analyze the speed, torque, current, temperature rise, noise, lifespan, and structural matching, and determine whether the problem originates from the micro motor parameters, reduction gear structure, terminal load, or installation method.

Once the cause is identified, optimizations can be made to the winding, reduction ratio, gear material, output shaft, lubrication scheme, or assembly structure, and the next round of sample verification can be arranged.
